2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. No refunds will be provided for partial months, but you will retain access to all features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days of purchase, provided you have used less than 25% of your monthly video generation allowance.

Upgrades/Downgrades: When upgrading or downgrading your plan, the difference will be prorated and applied to your next billing cycle. No immediate refunds are provided for plan changes.

3. Video Generation Credits

Video generation credits are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Technical failures on our platform that prevent video generation
  • Significant quality issues with generated videos due to platform errors
  • Unauthorized charges or billing errors

4. Custom/Enterprise Plans

Custom and Enterprise plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the terms specified in your individual contract. Please contact our support team to discuss any refund requests for custom plans.
